9. Luis Fernando Lopez (The Ballad of Gay Tony)

GTA IV remains a divisive entry to the series, and the point in which Rockstar took the franchise in a slightly more serious direction, leaving the fantastic Saints Row series to take The Ball of Total Insanity and run a few pitch-lengths ahead in the race.

Whilst IV€™s main character Niko will make an appearance later, the inclusion of Luis on this list is down to Rockstar releasing two downloadable packs that let all of us indulge in our crazier sides once again.

Fed up of dying because you went too fast and flung yourself through a windshield due to the games ice-skate-driving controls? Well how about the return of parachuting to ease those woes?

Although the animation set was kept the same for Gay Tony, Luis' skin was still brilliant fun to be in, and returning to GTA IV€™s take on New York City with more than a hint of a neon underbelly, remains one of the best DLC packs in gaming history.
