10. Can't Wait: The Job - Vice City
If there's one thing Rockstar loves, it's a good old fashioned bank heist mission. Thankfully, they always do them very well!
In Vice City, The Job is without a doubt one of the most memorable and coolest missions in the game.
Tommy and his crew break into a bank during this mission and while its showing its age compared to the modern games, it's still a lot of fun to play. There are a few security guards in the mission to gun down as you go, and halfway through the mission, Tommy must take the manager of the bank by gunpoint to open the safe.
Then, disaster! The alarm is set off as Phil takes his eyes off the people he's holding at gunpoint, and you'll instantly gain a three star wanted level. A shootout with a SWAT team then ensues, and your wanted level will jump even higher.
To make matters even worse, Hilary, your getaway driver manages to get himself killed as you leave, meaning you'll have to drive yourself to evade the police.
God damn it Hilary. You'll learn more about him and how annoying he is later when we discuss 'The Driver'.
