7. Little Jacob
Little Jacob is a Jamaican arms dealer who is the underboss of the Hillside Posse, serving beneath his long-time friend, Real Badman. Niko first meets Jacob when Roman sends him to pick him up as part of their taxi business, upon which Jacob asks Niko to drive him to a meeting and Niko manages to stop an assassination attempt on Little Jacob's life. Due to this it is not long before they become close friends, with Jacob staying central to the narrative of GTA IV right up until the closing credits. Like The Truth, Jacob is almost constantly smoking marijuana in the game, although he does tell Niko that he is trying to quit. This could be explored in GTA V, with Jacob having left Liberty City after managing to quit the weed and being a very different person to who we met in GTA IV. Jacob also expresses concerns that Real Badman smokes even more marijuana than he does, something which is effecting his mental health and may make him turn on Jacob. This would lend weight to Jacob making the decision to leave Liberty City, either to escape Real Badman's paranoia, or to avoid the police attention after he kills him first. However it is explained though, it would be great to see a return from Little Jacob, if only to explore the surefire chemistry that he would surely have with The Truth if they both made it into GTA V.
