4. Ken Rosenberg
Ken Rosenberg is the owner of a legal company in Vice City who meets with Tommy as soon as the latter arrives in Vice City. He sets up a drug deal for Tommy to attend, which is ambushed, although Ken and Tommy both escape. Rosenberg is a highly paranoid character who at first sends Tommy on various jobs, before becoming his legal aid and representing him across Vice City. Rosenberg is another great, corrupt, character from Rockstar. Although he is a lawyer, he helps Tommy plan a bank heist as well as giving him financial tips on how to create more money from his various assets, even eventually helping Tommy protect his business empire when Sonny and Lance attempt to betray and kill him. However, Ken and Tommy fall out when Ken becomes addicted to cocaine and he enters rehab, before heading to Las Venturas, San Andreas, where he runs Caligula's Casino for the three mafia families in Liberty City, before CJ helps him to escape from that life completely and instead begin to work for Madd Dogg, who CJ now manages. Ken Rosenberg would make a great character to return to the games because of his previous legal knowledge, which would allow him to get our protagonists out of any tight spots despite the fact that he is disbarred from the legal industry after his cocaine addiction. He is also last seen in Lost Santos, so would be in the same area that this fifth instalment is set and could well appear in the game. I would quite like to see Rosenberg get a role in the game that would see him become less paranoid, although it would still be entertaining if he was the same man he has always been. Ken Rosenberg is also seemingly based on the character David Kleinfeld, played by Sean Penn, from the film Carlito's Way. Both of these characters look similar and get increasingly paranoid due to cocaine addictions. Despite this, Ken is voiced by one of my favourite underrated actors, William Fichtner, just another reason I would love to see him return.
