2. A Teaser Trailer
Even though it would be amazing if Rockstar came out swinging with a huge gameplay reveal next year, all they need to melt the faces of gamers everywhere is one little teaser trailer.
At this point the franchise doesn't need to sell itself to players, and could literally only show the world a title before release and still comfortably become the biggest game of the year.
If the upcoming sequel is going to enjoy a brief announcement-to-release window, then all the developers have to do is drop a little trailer into the mix and watch it blow up.
There's no need to overhype players with constant reveals and previews: one teaser is all it would take for GTA VI to become the most anticipated game of 2018.
