8. Call of a Rival

The gaming market is constantly flooded with titles all boasting to be the biggest and best of their genres and this always seems to lead to studios developing copycat titles of the most popular games in the most popular genres. That last few years have seen countless numbers of Call of duty and Battlefield copycat titles and now it seems as though there isn't a shooter available that doesn't utilise modern warfare and kill perk systems. Halo 4 will be a breath of fresh air in an other wise overly saturated market. Yes it is a shooter and yes it is famed for its multiplayer, much in the same way that COD is but Halo has always been different. Its online multiplayer has required a knowledge of maps, weapons and tactics that are unlike any other shooter on the market. COD has become a stale franchise, producing title after title with nothing really changing about the online experience and Halo's return to shelves will remedy the stale taste of yet another team death match in the Afgan slums.
