10. Tank Beats Everything!

Game: Halo 3 Level: The Ark Halo features a bunch of extended vehicle levels and thankfully, there's a great range of transport to utilise during these sections to keep them from getting repetitive. Then again, you'll happily repeat any section that involves the awesome Scorpion Tank. There's at least one Tank-centric mission in each Halo game but 3's mission (The Ark) is perhaps the best of them all, thanks to a piece of legendary dialogue from a Marine. Usually the Marine's banter is somewhat irritating but here, it really steals the spotlight. As you progress through a section of the level, the Marine comments on the Tank's destructive ability. He first remarks: "Tank beats Ghost!". Then, a little further on: "Tank beats Hunter!". Then, finally, having wiped out all opposition, he loudly cries "Tank beats everything!". Revisit this section and try not to say those lines along with him - it's near impossible. At times, Master Chief can be a bit too surly or maybe even a bit too heroic; it's nice to have these moments which remind us that everyday Marines are still a crucial part of the Halo story.
