For a single mana Witch's Oven allows the player to turn their own creatures into food tokens.

Inspired by the witch from Hansel and Gretel, Witch's Oven combos with Cauldron Familiar to create a constant loop of life drain.

We start by sacrificing the familiar to generate a food token. Next, we sacrifice the food token to bring back our cauldron familiar via its ability. When the Cauldron Familiar enters play we gain one life and our opponent loses one life.

We can do this every turn gaining life and dealing damage and we can even attack with familiar when our opponent's defence is down. This is all because of Witch's Oven.

Witch's Oven works with cards that steal our opponent's creatures amazingly well, if we use Claim the Firstborn we can take control of our opponent's creature until our turn ends but if we use the Oven and sacrifice their creature before we give it back we generate a huge tempo-swing.
