Even though he is the son of two villains named Mystique and Azazel, Nightcrawler wasn't raised by either of his parents. He grew up in a circus, surrounded by people who held no hatred for mutants. After that peaceful life was disrupted, Nightcrawler joined the X-Men and became one of its central members.

Abilities: Nightcrawler possesses the useful ability to teleport to any location within a respectable distance. HIs blue body is also incredibly agile. Nightcrawler can jump around as easily as any gymnast, giving him a quick and nimble fighting style. He may not have raw power like the rest of the cast, but his speed and versatility make him untouchable.

In-Game: He'll likely make heavy use of his teleportation to sneak attack enemies while avoiding their attacks.
