Marvel's Avengers: 10 Villains It MUST Include

Another two for the price of one here as it's a no brainer that both of these factions will show up in the game even if it's only as an Easter egg, but if they want to get fully behind the Kree and the Skrull then 'The Kree-Skrull War' has to be a lock.

It might be easier to use the 'Secret Invasion' as an entry point, but the amount of action that fills the pages of this series is second to none and it offers epic set-piece after epic-set piece opportunities that no one could ignore when crafting the definitive Avengers title. It also gives them the chance to let us play as Captain Marvel, and that's too good an opportunity to pass up.

There is a very, very good possibility that Carol Danvers is going to become the face of the franchise now Iron Man has hung up his boots and as she's a major player in the Kree-Skrull War, Square might just look to cash in on some of that lovely tie-in money that's going to come to the first company that gives the world a playable Captain Marvel.
