The only section from the game really shown off so far, both in the reveal trailer as well as the demo behind closed doors at E3, has centred around the destruction of the Golden Gate Bridge. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the developers have revealed that this segment will come extremely early on, perhaps even serving as the first mission.

Again, considering that the narrative seems to concern the ramifications of the botched A-Day years later, that would make sense, but the clarification does alleviate a few fears players had following the trailer. There was the worry that the reveal showed a little too much, in the same way the prison break Spider-Man trailer showed a major set-piece from well into the game.

Fortunately, there should be plenty of surprises left in store once the story comes into focus as a whole, as the San Francisco attack is the event which kicks everything off.
