Throughout the Mass Effect series, Shepard has been hounded by Khalisah al-Jilani. One of the reporters for Westerlund News, al-Jilani is highly critical of Shepard's actions, often releasing slanderous reports. While not a villain per se, al-Jilani can certainly be considered an antagonist of our hero. On several occasions, al-Jilani can push the commander so far, that Shepard will turn and knock al-Jilani out cold. It's devastatingly satisfying, although it certainly doesn't help Shepard's media image when on-board the Citadel (not that a character as badass as the commander would care). In Mass Effect 3, al-Jilani learns from the first two occasions, swiftly dodges Shepards incoming punch. In yet another moment of brilliance, Shepard just headbutts her instead. For the rest of the commander's visit, al-Jilani can be seen laying unconscious on the floor without assistance.
