Woah there, ease up, there is method to this madness. Although most people's reaction to the name 'Starchild' is to envision their entire invested game-time bursting into flames as Mordin's cheerily-animated face crumbles and cries alongside, the biggest complaint that came with the end of ME3 was that (in the original version anyway) there just wasn't enough explanation of what was going on inside the Citadel's coding to make sense of this childlike AI. This overly-dictating plot device is the biggest reason tens of thousands took to their keyboards to make liberal use of caps lock, but instead of about-facing and running away from their original creative decision, Bioware should embrace the controversy and face their critics head on. By including this AI system once again they could make sure every single facet of its conception and execution in-world is explained and interactive, without falling back on the established 'Well most of it was in the DLC' hogwash.
