Mass Effect Legendary Edition - 12 Overlooked Changes Fans Will LOVE
3. "Trash" All Junk Option (And TONS Of Weapon Mods)
Back to gameplay as Bioware have tweaked the drop-rate of ammo/weapon mods, to appear far more often than ever before.
Various merchants are now more stocked up than ever too, selling DLC armour and weapons across Mass Effect 2 and 3, and they'll appear on side missions here too.
One of the coolest things in the original game though is how much the inventory system has been streamlined to accommodate the amount of mods you'll be picking up. Visually it's much the same, but we now have shortcuts to convert items into omni-gel (useful for opening containers and repairing the Mako), as well as a "mark and turn to junk" option, to clear out your wares even faster.
Combined, it's not that Mass Effect 1 wasn't an RPG, but now you can engage with the "building a class" side of things more than ever.
