17. Use The Stun Arm On Vehicles Of Soldiers

Snake's Bionic Arm is just straight-up awesome, and although it takes a little while to unlock and subsequently charge up in the field, the Stun Arm doesn't just work on individual enemy soldiers. It's true that if you unload it's mighty potential into one guard, you'll fry them so much that others will smell what's cooking from across camp, but using it on vehicles filled with troops will also knock the entire lot unconscious. Doing so definitely makes for one hell of a power trip, and if you've already ranked up your Fulton equipment to carry vehicles, means you can then do so and extract the entire lot back to base immediately.
