Minecraft: 10 Genuinely Mind-Blowing Machines Fans Have Created

4. A Word Processor

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_ULtNYRCbg Minecraft is home to a goldmine of awesome machines and inventions, many of which were inconceivable when the game first came out. However, a good proportion of them (including a fair few on this list) use command blocks in the inner workings, and that, while not being easy by any stretch of the imagination, does make things simpler. This is why Minecraft user Koala_Steamed€™s word processor is so impressive €“ it doesn€™t use any command blocks, instead relying somewhat on redstone, and somewhat more on technical wizardry. The word processor in question is capable of generating both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and an assortment of symbols of variable usefulness. The whole thing apparently took over two years to build from scratch €“ which is a lot less than €œinfinite€, the amount of time I€™d have bet on it taking. However, because it uses redstone, it is very slow €“ but I think we can give him leeway on that. Apparently, Koala_Steamed wants to add RAM so that files can be saved as his next step, and yes, I€™m still talking about the in-game world.
