Monster Hunter: World - 10 Fan-Favourite Monsters Capcom Must Add
1. Gore Magala
As if it could be anything else. Since its introduction, Gore Magala's rocketed up the ranks of the series' most well-received big nasties, to such heights that Capcom must be withholding the six-limbed wyvern as a means of enticing lapsed Hunters who've exhausted the challenges of High Rank back into the fold.
In fact, as per speculation from eagle-eyed fans, the developer could already be sowing the seeds (excuse the pun) for the return of Monster Hunter 4's flagship big nasty, so you best be prepared for a catastrophic upsetting of the New World's delicately-balanced ecosystems - Gore's contagious Frenzy Virus doesn't discriminate.
Dynamic events (Turf Wars, Bazelgeuse, etc.) forge some of the best, most memorable moments in World, so adding one more in the form of Frenzy-afflicted fauna would prevent repeated hunts from ever playing out in the same fashion, and that's not even taking into account the mechanic-heavy showdown with Gore itself.
Plus, the gear you make from its carcass looks sublime, and at the end of the day, that's what we're all here for, right?
