2. Baraka

Even though he's historically been little more than a terrifying brute with swords coming out of his hands, fans have waited on baited breath for Baraka's return to the series. Though he was part of the previous title's story, he unfortunately wasn't playable, but even from the footage released so far it's clear the Tarkatan warrior has returned in style.

Unsurprisingly, the fighter received one of the most violent showcases in the whole reveal, but it was one of his new fatalities which had everyone both cheering in glee, yet also running for the nearest sick bucket.

Rather than resorting to his retractable blades, here Baraka gets up close and personal, ripping the face off his opponent with his bare hands and then tearing out their skull. It's horrible in the best kind of way.
