We may have seen this fatality a lot by now, but You're Next is a great reference to the Mortal Kombat X reveal trailer, and a great fatality in general.

This is like a Scorpion fatality on steroids. Rather than just using his spear to impale a head, Scorpion also burns through his enemy, before decapitating them and skewering them with his spear.

You're next was the tagline for Mortal Kombat X, and this fatality is eerily similar to what we saw him do in both the Mortal Kombat X reveal trailer and the Mortal Kombat 11 reveal trailer.

It's just a shame that Scorpion's fatalities keep being shown off so early.
