10. Kabal - Hooked
Mortal Kombat nails fatalities that have anything to do with the face, but this one shows that in extreme detail.
Kabal puts his hooks to good use here, gutting his enemy, slashing their ankles and then fishhooking their mouth until their head splits.
The thing that really makes this fatality is the sound. Mortal Kombat 11 has fantastic sound design all over, but it really comes to light in the fatalities. The choking sound here is so spot on that it's disturbing.
Any fatality that shows the reaction of the fighter unfortunate enough to be on the other end is also a win.
