Wow. Just wow.

Although it may be a reference to Mileena's death in Mortal Kombat X, this fatality feels like that scene times ten.

D'Vorah implants a bug inside her opponent's body through vomiting, before the bug splits through and takes over.

The best thing about this fatality is that it's genuinely creepy. Mortal Kombat loves to have funny finishers, but this one actually manages to make you shiver.

The insane amount of detail in this fatality is also fantastic, if a little disgusting, which all adds up to a memorable finish.
