Mortal Kombat X: 10 Future Guest Characters That Must Be Included
4. The Terminator
A man made killing machine would slide right into the roster with ease. Of course, The Terminator version that would be included would be the T-800 version of good ol' Arnie from T2. While it would be cool to see the cold, steel exoskeleton of The Terminator causing havoc; it would be even better to see the fleshed out Arnie version. With the new cosmetic damage system in place, damage would chip away at the synthetic skin to reveal the exoskeleton underneath - giving you the best of both worlds. Being a big and clunky cyborg, Terminator would have to play more like Kotal Kahn; slow, but seemingly heavy and powerful all the same. This version was recently featured in WWE 2K16, making it plausible that the character could make his way into a proper fighting game. Although, the inclusion in such a family friendly product as the WWE could lead to speculation that there's some sort of agreement in place, and that we maybe won't see him in such a violent game. That said, NetherRealm have brought over characters from WWE before in WWE Immortals, so there is a chance they've considered it before. One thing that would have to be included is The Terminator's patented spin-reload of his M1887 shotgun. He could walk toward whoever he's finishing off, filling them full of holes, Erron Black-style. Sure, it's been done in Mortal Kombat before, but not with The Terminator, and that damn cool (and utterly ludicrous) way he reloads his shotgun.
