9. Victor Oladipo - 80
23 year old Victor Oladipo isn't the biggest of shooting guards, standing a relatively short 6'4". However, he more than makes up for it in terms of athleticism, and Orlando Magic fans will be getting used to his taste for explosive slam dunks by now. Additionally, Oladipo's size makes him a far more versatile player than many of his peers. He's capable of defending the league's nimblest point guards, while also being able to carry the ball on the offensive side of things. With a 2014/15 average of 17.9 points per game, his tremendous upside is evident for all to see. An overall grade of 80 may even be a little stingy.
