Having turned 30 only a few days ago, you'd be forgiven for thinking that Monta Ellis would have dropped out of the top 10 by now. However, a solid couple of seasons in Dallas have secured a four-year contract with the Indiana Pacers, and as long as Ellis' frightening speed doesn't begin to wane, 81 seems a fair rating. Like Oladipo, Ellis often resembles a slightly oversized point guard, dishing assists with ease and swiping accurately at the ball while playing defense. He's a true pest to deal with on the court, and could help slingshot the Pacers back into the upper echelons of the Eastern Conference.
