Voted the NBA's Most Improved Player of last season, Jimmy Butler has burst onto the scene in a big way. He's suddenly very much a part of the discussion of the best shooting guards in the league, and can also switch to small forward thanks to his size (6'7") and strength. In addition to all of this, Butler is a bonafide pest on defense. The Texan has landed on the NBA All-Defensive Second Team for the last two years in a row, and will continue to antagonise opponents with his relentless tenacity at both ends of the court.
