Where: Minnesota Timberwolves

For Whom: Andrew Wiggins SF (81), Ricky Rubio PG (78)

This trade is good for two reasons: it makes your team younger and clears cap space. Instead of spending $50M for the next two years on a reserve point guard and an injury-prone shooting guard, you get a young and explosive small forward with similar shooting ability, and a younger and quicker passer than Rondo.

And with $40M for the next two seasons you get a cheaper, younger and hopefully better duo. Losing the pick might hurt a bit, but if you stay in playoff contention, the chances of picking the next MVP with such a high pick are fairly slim anyway.
