NBA 2K19 MyGM: 30 Franchise-Saving Trades You Must Make
20. Houston Rockets
Players Out (position, rating, contract value/length, age):
Brandon Knight (PG, 74, $30.27m/2, 26)
Players In (Toronto Raptors:
Danny Green (SG, 75, $10m/1, 31)
Why:
Though this roster needs little improvement, Knight's bloated contract is a problem the Rockets could do without. He provides depth at point guard, but isn't likely to play a significant role, and should therefore be dealt to any franchise willing to provide a useable asset on an expiring contract in return.
Houston wouldn't be acquiring an elite player in Green, but they could use another solid defender, and his scoring ability should help compensate for the loss of Trevor Ariza in this year's off-season.
