NBA 2K19 MyGM: 30 Franchise-Saving Trades You Must Make
14. Milwaukee Bucks
Players Out (position, rating, contract value/length, age):
John Henson (C, 77, $21.81m/2, 27), Matthew Dellavedova (PG, 73, $19.2m/2, 28)
Players In (Atlanta Hawks):
Kent Bazemore (SG, 77, $18.09m/1, 29)
Why:
Milwaukee could use a solid 3-and-D guy to bolster their lineup, and with his Atlanta Hawks deal winding down, Bazemore is the man for the job. He isn't an elite player, but he's perfectly functional, and his contract's up in 2019, allowing 2K GMs to free up a sizeable chunk of cap space.
Acquiring Bazemore also gives players the chance to shed two bad contracts. The arrival of Brook Lopez renders John Henson pointless, and Dellavadova is, at best, the Bucks' third option at PG. Why bother keeping either around, particularly at these prices?
