4. Dual Shock Is No More

As Sony have been toying with different designs for the PS4 controller over the last few months, a spy inside the company reported to news outlets that it seemed as though they would be retiring the classic Dual Shock function of the controller, which hasn't had any particularly big changes in years. Again, perhaps I'm just being stubborn and nostalgic, but I still remember the first time I used Dual Shock back in the the late 90s to play Gran Turismo, and it was a transcendent experience that pretty much changed gaming forever for me. It's been a mainstay of not only Sony consoles but Microsoft as well; why would Sony want to take out a feature that we perhaps by now take for granted, but would sorely miss when it was gone? I sincerely hope this doesn't happen, or I will have to find a way to improvise my own rubbish Dual Shock 4 controller.
