Pokémon Let’s Go! Switch: 10 Features Fans Demand
Please, Nintendo, integrate the Labo.
We are, hopefully, mere weeks away from Nintendo officially unveiling their first Classic Pokémon title on a main console. You might not be able to see me, but I am very gently vibrating at the prospect.
We know, well, sort of know, that it’ll be called Pokémon Let’s Go, and the biggest rumour going is that it’s going to be a Gen 1 remake.
This is good news, as it shows that Nintendo get why people play these games. But if this is going to be everything we’re all hoping it is, then there are a few essential elements that it needs. Some are already in the franchise, some would be brand new, but they’re all vital.

10. Return To Kanto
Bit basic this one, but if there’s one lesson they absolutely must learn from Pokémon Go, it’s that there is serious money to be made in trying to recapture a lot of childhoods. Kanto was where Pokémon Red and Blue were set, it’s where the first few years of the anime was set, and it’s a setting that would really excite players both young and old.
If indeed we are getting a Yellow remake, then this is obviously nailed on, but if they are going in a slightly different direction this is still one element from Gen 1 they should absolutely keep.
