PS Plus January: 8 Reasons You Must Play Day Of The Tentacle Remastered

Many modern games contain puzzles, but they are not as mind-bending as the ones in "Day of the Tentacle." Here you have to pick up stuff only to exchange it for other stuff, then use it to destroy stuff only to find other stuff hidden in that stuff, and only that particular stuff can be actually useful to furthering of the plot.

This is a very important aspect of the game, as here puzzles fuel the story and, although often hilarious, have some sense.

Granted, some are based on your ability to put two of the most ridiculously incompatible things together, yet this just adds to the fun of the game.
