5. Voice Messaging
I have gotten extremely bad at responding to my PSN buddies because quite frankly, I hate texting with a controller. Im sorry if youre interested in whether video game X sucks or not, and that I didnt respond, but these arent things I cannot confine to one paragraph anyway. With voice messaging its no longer necessary to stumble around that clunky keyboard; I can plug in a microphone and give your message a quick response. And even though each message is limited to 15 seconds, sending multiple voice messages is nowhere the far cry of a nuisance typing multiple messages presents.
