Ranking Every Tony Hawk Game From Worst To Best

The Tony Hawk series' most recent release is also the one that all but solidified the notion held by many longtime fans that the franchise's glory days are truly over.

While far from the worst game ever made, it was a massive disappointment. The roster is fine and the controls are responsive enough, but the level design is beyond uninspired. In fact, uninspired is a great word to describe this game as a whole. Plus, Pro Skater 5 has a distinct lack of depth, a lackluster soundtrack, and a preponderance of glitches and bugs.

There are a lot of cheap attempts at gameplay "innovation" that end up coming off as little more than tacky, unimaginative, or just plain boring. Which is sad, considering that this game could very well have been the catalyst for this series' return to prominence if it had it been handled better.
