Ranking October 2016's Video Games From Worst To Best
5. Hitman (Hokkaido DLC)
Say what you will about how Square Enix decided to release Hitman across monthly instalments, for all of us who've kept up since, it's very clear that IO Interactive have knocked this latest instalment out the park.
You can now download the entire game now, including this latest mission set in a phenomenally intricate Japanese complex, alongside five other gigantic maps and one prologue/training section. It's clear the reason to space content out in such a way has allowed the developer to polish up one environment at a time, resulting in one of the finest stealth games ever made.
Seriously, you think Bethesda do open-worlds teeming with life and possibilities? Take a wander through Hitman's Marrakesh environment. The amount of things to see and do in just a few metre radius is mind-blowing.
Hopefully now the full product is on shelves, more people will pay attention to what IO have built, because in the best way possible, this makes Blood Money look like a tech demo.
