2. Wesker
The nefarious, double crossing, clad in black, sunglasses wearing miscreant that is Albert Wesker. Working for Umbrella Corp in the first Resident Evil, I thought it was funny when he introduced the Tyrant to Jill/Chris and it immediately stuck its hand through him. That's bad karma for you Wesker. He injected himself with a Prototype virus which William Birkin gave to him. A special virus exclusively for him. He has yellow slitty eyes and super human strength and agility. He has some classic one liners - for example when he fights with Lisa in the mansion and the chandelier falls on top of her - "Be a good girl and stay dead this time". Wesker loves his viruses, going to insane lengths to get T-Veronica. He is also a callous power hungry monster who goes out of his way to toy with people, double cross them and use them for his own end. This man will do anything for power. He is a Machiavellian egomaniac. And that's what makes him a super bad guy.
