Smash Bros. Switch: 10 New Characters Nintendo Must Add

1. The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild's Champions

Link is a shoo-in for Smash's next outing, there's no question of that. What remains to be seen is how many versions of Hyrule's hero will be playable. With Breath of the Wild now out in the, well, wild, yet another incarnation of Ganon's eternal enemy could be joining the Toon and Ocarina/Twilight iterations, but we'd rather Nintendo focused its efforts on bringing over some of the modern classic's other memorable cast members.

Revali, Mipha, Daruk, Urbosa: the four champions that fell to Ganon's dark machinations would all make terrific and unique additions to the cast, but which one to choose? It's doubtful that Nintendo would withhold four slots for new characters all from the same title, so its best bet would be to either choose the most popular or combine all four into a single entity à la Brawl's Pokemon Trainer.

As unlikely as the latter scenario is, it'd be a shame not to see Breath of the Wild represented in some fashion due to not wanting to upset fans of an individual hero.

With that mind, tell us, dear reader - which one would you choose?
