Spider-Man: Miles Morales - 10 Things It MUST Include

1. Brooklyn! (And A More Interactive Open World)

This might be a bit of a long shot, given the scale of the title appears to be more in line with Uncharted: Lost Legacy than say an out-and-out sequel, but any Miles Morales game simply HAS to have Brooklyn in there somewhere.

Granted, Peter Parker has starred in plenty of Spider-Man games and Queens has only been featured in one of them (that being 2005's Ultimate Spider-Man), but this is still a follow-up to the 2018 game at the end of the day and improvements should be made to the map. Brooklyn is Miles' home, and it'd be great to see him moving in and out of the borough either while he's commuting to and from school, or to and from being Spider-Man.

One other really important thing Spider-Man's open world needs? A more interactive environment. New York has never looked better in a game than in Insomniac's 2018 hit, but players should be given more opportunities to engage with it instead of just taking photographs and stopping crimes. Let players stop by a local pizza place to replenish their energy after a hard night's patrol, or maybe even a little coffee shop to keep them going between confrontations? It is winter after all, and adding those little interactions would add so much charm to a city already dripping with character.

Basically, give players more interiors and more distractions. Insomniac have such an amazing environment on their hands and it'd be a huge shame if it ever went to waste.
