Spider-Man PS4: 8 New Easter Eggs You Need To See

6. Avengers Mansion Up For Sale... And Tony Stark Might Be Why

Much has been made of the fact that Insomniac's New York has a fully fledged version of Avengers Tower dominating its skyline, and while it certainly looks as though that's where their version of Earth's Mightiest Heroes will be based, the Bugle does hint that a change of scenery could be on the horizon (and that another character could be appearing as well).

The listing advertises a "magnificent property for a super steal" located on New York's 5th Avenue. Comics fans will most likely recognise the address as being the location of Avengers Mansion, the team's home in the comics since they were originally established in 1963.

While the listing doesn't imply whether the Avengers will be moving into the property or whether they've just vacated it for the new complex located downtown, it's a nice callback to a famous Marvel locale and one that players should be able to visit as well. More interesting, perhaps, is that the advertisement lists that the property has been vacated by a "prolific NYC industrialist" - who else could that be, other than Tony Stark?
