6. The New Aunt May

Further to the addition of Miles and MJ in the new Insomniac game is Aunt May, Pete's legal guardian and a fellow volunteer for Martin Li's charitable venture, F.E.A.S.T.
There's not much else to her appearance at this point. We know for a fact that Pete's moved into his own digs (managing to do that at the age of 23 in New York is a superpower in itself), and that she's occupying her time with charity work, but not much else - if anything - apart from that.
She's clearly concerned about Peter's finances, as she offers to lend money to help out his rent, but not much else was shown off apart from that.
Either way, it's nice to see May in the game finally. Here's hoping she'll be dropping advice bombs as well as Rosemary Harris did in the original Raimi trilogy.

In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
