4. Obi-Wan Kenobi

"I will do what I must."

Obi-Wan Kenobi is one of the best characters in the whole of the Star Wars universe. His lack of an appearance in the first Battlefront was an astounding mistake that needs to be corrected in the sequel.

Whether he appears as his Prequel Trilogy self, or as "Old Ben Kenobi", Obi-Wan absolutely needs to appear in Battlefront 2. Obi-Wan has one of the best one-handed Lightsaber stances in the series, and has great control over all aspects of the Force. He trained Anakin Skywalker in using the Force and Lightsaber combat and even managed to best him on Mustafar, only being killed by Darth Vader in an act of defiance.

Obi-Wan would most likely play very similarly to Luke Skywalker, although presumably without the huge speed boost. Instead, Obi-Wan should have stronger Lightsaber combos and Force powers, something which was seen throughout the Prequel trilogy. He was also predominantly a defensive character, something which should shine through in how he can be played, perhaps by giving him an auto deflect ability against projectiles.

It's amazing that the first Battlefront didn't manage to include Obi-Wan in some capacity, but DICE now have the opportunity to make up for that by having him appear in the sequel. He is our only hope after all.
