9. Lightsaber Customisation

A civilised weapon in a now uncivilised age, many Star Wars fans understand the importance that a Jedi's weapon holds. Though not fully-realised, lightsaber customisation was a feature of the much beloved Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, where players got the choice to customise their appearance and 'saber from a limited selection of hilts, blades, crystals and garments.
Both The Force Unleashed I and II allowed the player to change the colour of Starkiller's blades, but stopped short of giving them the opportunity of constructing one of their own. Adding this level of customisation to the threequel would help make each player's experience unique to them, and would further that experience of becoming a Jedi Knight or a Sith Lord along the way.

In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
