The Division: 10 Crucial Tips & Tricks You Need To Know
5. Play With Friends Whenever Possible And Strategize
Well, this should be pretty obvious. The Division was made as a multiplayer game (despite what Ubisoft say), made for you to group up and take on the hardest enemies out in Manhattan and the most skilled players in the Dark Zone. Playing with other people is the best way to make sure you don't get burnt out on this game too quickly as well. I'm not saying this game is bad or boring, but having other people to experience everything with will make your experience better and more engaging, even if you choose to matchmake with randoms. If none of your friends have the game, it's fairly simple to find others to play with, so don't worry. But if you play with random people online, please use your headset. This is a team and strategy-based game, so communicate and talk with your team. While you're playing with your friends though, don't all just run the same abilities. Talk it over and establish a role for everyone. If everyone knows what they are doing and sticks to the game plan, it will do nothing but help you out in the long run, especially on harder missions. For example, have someone run an LMG and during big gun fights have them lay down suppressing fire while someone flanks. The ability to actually suppress enemies with fire is an awesome feature (which the game will pop up and denote above an opponent's head), so take advantage of it.
