The Last Of Us 2: 10 Most Shocking Moments

After learning that some of Abby’s crew are stationed at an abandoned hospital, Ellie makes her way there and finds Nora. A chase sequence later, Ellie finds Nora on the floor struggling to breath amongst some cordycep spores, which she's immune to.

After Nora refuses to tell her anything, Ellie repeatedly beats her with a steel pipe before the game cuts to black. We next see Ellie returning to the theatre covered in blood; a haunted expression on her face and with a new lead on Abby’s location.

Players may have been ok with watching Ellie kill wave after wave of armed thugs before this event, but it was especially different and disturbing this time around.

Players get to see how far Ellie, the once hopeful and optimistic companion from the first game, is willing to go to get her revenge. We also get to see the physical toll it is all taking on her as we later see her covered in cuts, bruises and a mixture of her own blood and the blood of her victims.
