6. Supply Truck
One of many missable locations during the downtown Seattle section of the game takes place while playing as Ellie on Day 1.
While exploring the downtown area, Ellie finds notes detailing a WLF ambush on FEDRA. The supply truck is the culmination of that story, making for a great example of how good TLOU 2 is at telling environmental stories, on top of its traditional storytelling methods.
To find the truck, pull up the downtown Seattle map, and find the blue and red "5" sign, located middle-north on the map (10.45 timestamp on video). Some additional dialogue, supplies, and an unhealthy supply of skeletons will reward your efforts.
Make sure to head south on the highway after this and search for more supplies by the firetruck (3.40 timestamp on video). Search all around the firetruck to make sure you don't miss anything, and then descend under the highway with the rope provided. You'll be able to swing across to another truck and pick up a handy training manual.
