8 Dumb Video Games That Made You Feel Like A GENIUS

4. Fall Guys

Released mere months into the pandemic as it was, Fall Guys offered a much-needed antidote to the drudgery of lockdown by way of its colourful aesthetic and hilariously dumb, slapstick-infused battle royale action.

Even today, it's often said that winning a game of Fall Guys and beating out dozens of other players for the crown is more about dumb luck than skill, that ultimately you just need to hang in there long enough for other players to do themselves over.

But that rather undersells the secret smarts required to snag a crown.

Above all else, winning in Fall Guys is all about plate-spinning - of knowing how to juggle a glut of sensory input all at once, to avoid traps, set your rivals up to fail, and work the physics in your favour.

If you do win a game, you should fancy yourself a surgical strategist - no matter that you're a clumsy little bean-shaped dude dressed as a hot dog.
