Visceral’s Star Wars Han Solo Game: 9 Things You Need To Know
4. Frostbite 3 Is The Go-To Engine Again
No matter your thoughts on DICE's reboot of the Battlefront franchise, there's no doubt that it looks absolutely incredible. DICE's designers spent months painstakingly recreating the objects, planets and characters from the galaxy far, far away, which had the intended result of creating a Star Wars adaption unrivalled in its authenticity. Everything from the look to the sound is wondrous, which is why it's so good to hear that Visceral's game will be using the same engine as EA's first foray into the franchise. This pretty much guarantees that whatever Visceral are getting up to, it's at least going to look special. Graphics are by no means the most important aspect of a game, but their role in furthering immersion in respect to all things Star Wars can't be understated. Combined with rumours indicating that this will be an open world game as well, the mind boggles at what we could potentially be seeing by the time we actually get to see some gameplay.
