6. On The Road Again

Poor Clementine really can't catch a break. The first safe house with a warm fire and non-dead inhabitants she's seen in weeks, and no sooner does she sit down than she has to get right back out and hike to pastures new once more. At least she's with a group of the living, mind; part of what was so terrifying about the first new episode was that Clem was left on her own for much of the story, though she proved to be much more capable of taking care of herself than at the beginning of Season 1. Maybe being around another young girl will be good for her, too, though it's not like she's ever had a friend that didn't end up as zombie chow. What's curious about this is we don't know exactly where the group is headed; maybe it's the fort Clementine was hiking to with Christa and Omid before they got separated? Maybe the new group has heard of a place where they'll be safe from Carver and his group? Or maybe (and I'm erring on the side of pessimism here as that's usually a safe bet) they just don't have any choice but to get on the road and hope they find somewhere better.
