Fighting this dragon up close is not exactly a cakewalk, but it does make things a million times worse when it spews miasma. It'll half your maximum health immediately before draining health from any targets hit by it, healing damage it may have taken.
While nowhere near as controller breaking as either Bazelgeuse or Kushala Daora, if you're unprepared to deal with the miasma status ailment, then you are in for a bad time.
