1. There's Still Nearly A Year of Development Left
Originally penciled in for a release this year, CD Projekt RED recently announced they'd decided to push the release date of Wild Hunt back February 2015 instead. What does this mean? Well if you're a boundless optimist then it's as simple as realising the developers have even more time to polish everything up and make it even more awesome. Let's be honest even what was shown already looks like something that could be released tomorrow - it's that damn good. Given what we've previously seen so far and at E3, W3 is already looking like a serious GOTY contender for 2015. Even for those who've never played the series it's shaping up to be something special, and will have raised more than a few eyebrows with its impressive showings over the last few months. It's impressive how it looks and runs already; with a few extra months to polish the rest up, we're confident the Witcher 3 will deliver when it officially releases next year. If Projekt RED take the time to merge together all of the amazing graphics, tighten up the gameplay even more and continue to make the world even more expansive, the Witcher 3 could end up being our official new time-sink that we put endless amounts of our lives into. Are there any other reasons why you're excited for the Witcher 3? Or perhaps you think it's just more of the same? Let us know in the comments!
