5. The Corporate Champion
We all know now that The Rock is perhaps the greatest babyface to ever grace the squared circle, but do you remember how good he was as a heel? So much so that even when fully making the turn to arrogant and obnoxious, he could help but win over the begrudging support of the fans. He was the superstar you loved to hate. His time as Vince McMahons lapdog was brought about after the happy-go-lucky Rocky Miavia was shunned by fans, despite being a full babyface. Rather than fighting against it, Rock made the turn and joined the McMahon Corner as the Corporate Champion it was part fiction, part reality. And the sudden 'bad attitude' he took towards those fans who had rejected him previously was undoubtedly the foundation of what made The Rocks famous promos so insanely electrifying. It was his time with the corporation where he cut his teeth, where he accomplished himself as one of the Attitude eras most vocal and charismatic performers. Any storyline in WWE 13 that follows The Rocks career would be completely remiss without the chance to follow him up through tenure as a bad guy.
